Reporting alleged infringement
If you believe content on cultureqwill.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail to locate it (e.g. the URL)
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the equivalent statutory elements (identification of the removed material and its prior location, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction).
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
