Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Membership, billing, and cancellation
- Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annually) through our third-party payment processor. The specific billing period will be reflected and visible through your account.
- Automatic renewal: memberships renew automatically at the then-current price at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. To stop your charges, please remove your payment information or cancel your membership at minimum 30 days before the next billing date. We will provide renewal reminders and cancellation instructions as required by applicable law. If you have cancelled your account, you will be given an cancellation email. If you are charged accidentally, the cancellation email with the date of cancellation shown will be requested before a refund can be provided. We reserve the right to deny refunds for any reason.
- We may change membership pricing prospectively; we will update the pricing sections of our agreements before a changed price applies to a renewal.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes breaking the law, infringing others’ rights, harassing or abusing others, uploading malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping or bulk-harvesting content, or interfering with the Service’s operation. Comments and discussions are also governed by our Community Guidelines.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as comments), but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service. You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights to post it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Service and its content — articles, reviews, images, logos, and design — are owned by Culture Quill or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access and read the content. You may not reproduce, republish, or create derivative works without permission. The Service contains links to and content from third parties. We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or content, and your use of them is at your own risk.

AI Disclaimer
We do utilize AI to help support in the safe and fast operation of Culture Qwill. When AI is utilized it is checked by a human member of our team prior to being published. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Culture Quill and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or USD $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Culture Quill harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any arbitration that may arise must be first met with a 30 day conflict resolution period in which both sides, acting in good faith, can attempt to come to a written resolution before a binding arbitration occurs. Arbitration will occur within and under the guidance of Travis County, Texas. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas for disputes not subject to arbitration.
Changes to these Terms of Service
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
